Stephen Abuakwah is a seasoned professional with a robust background in Business Development, Management Consulting and Human Capital Development. He is a Chief of Staff for the Boston Congress of Public Health (BCPH). With a keen analytical mind and an exceptional ability to drive operational excellence, Stephen has consistently demonstrated his commitment to enhancing business efficiency and performance, especially in the startup ecosystem.

His professional experience spans over 3 years at MorePlex Company Limited as Head of Human Resource. Stephen also worked as a Business Development Associate and Grant Writer for SAYeTECH INC. He serves as a Grant Writer for Loozeele Initiative and Homnics, Toronto – Canada, where he leverages his expertise  to drive fundraising initiatives, investor relations and overall business growth.

Stephen holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration (Human Resources Management) from the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana,  where he also served as a Research and Teaching Assistant supporting ongoing faculty research publications and undergraduate research supervision. Recently, he is a Master of Business Administration student from Jain University and an aspiring Professional in Human Resource (PHRi) from the Human Resource Certification Institute, Virginia – United States.
