All active members of The Boston Congress of Public Health (BCPH) are eligible to receive these benefits. However, certain benefits may have specific eligibility criteria, such as a minimum membership duration.
Each award has specific criteria, which will be outlined in the award guidelines. Generally, awards are given based on contributions to public health, research excellence, innovation, and community impact.
Yes, members must have an active membership for a minimum of six (6) months to be eligible for certain awards. Retention of the award and benefits is contingent upon completion of one year of membership.
If you cancel your membership before completing one year, all awards, grants, and associated benefits will be revoked. This includes the withdrawal of public recognition, cancellation of financial grants, and reclamation of certificates and trophies awarded.
Recipients of awards and grants will be notified via email and will also be announced on the BCPH website and newsletters.
Members can submit their achievements, projects, and profiles through our membership portal for consideration. Selected achievements will be showcased on our website and included in our newsletters.
Being listed in the Speaker Bureau directory provides members with opportunities for speaking engagements, expert panels, and increased visibility within the public health community.
Members interested in the mentorship program can apply through our online portal. We will match mentors and mentees based on their professional interests and goals.
