Causha Spellman-Timmons

Causha Spellman-Timmons (They/Them) is a Black, Queer, Non-binary visionary, SOULcial worker, and founder of CAST Associ8tes, LLC, a coaching and consulting firm rooted in a SOULcial Justice Lens. With over two decades of experience in service, advocacy, and education, Causha brings depth, curiosity, and radical care to every conversation.

Grounded in both lived and professional expertise, their work centers the belief that health and well-being are fundamental human rights and explores the intersections of healing, justice, mental health, and cooperative development. It offers listeners a grounding presence and a challenge to reimagine what’s possible for ourselves and our communities. From resource mobilization to accountability coaching, building equitable organizations, and honoring personal growth, Causha believes transformation begins within and ripples outward.

Upcoming CAST Associ8tes programs like the Housing Justice Initiative and SENIOR! (Sex Education for Nurturing Intimacy in Older Relationships) reflect Causha’s deep commitment to holistic well-being across life stages and lived experiences.

A former founding member and leader at Willow Permanent Real Estate Cooperative, and a past fellow with the Philadelphia Area Cooperative Alliance, Causha is rooted in collective care and community-building. They are also a lifelong student of self-growth and are currently pursuing an MS in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship at Temple University.

Causha’s public health approach is deeply informed by their personal commitment to mental health, self-growth, and liberation-focused care. Their work integrates systems thinking, trauma-informed practice, and a belief in community resilience as pathways to collective well-being. Whether behind the mic or in community spaces, Causha invites us to lead with soul, listen deeply, and live in alignment with our healing.
