Aneesh Mazumder is a Junior at Harvard College, studying Neuroscience and Government. He is currently conducting research on neurodegenerative diseases at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, where he is working to understand the mechanisms underlying Alzheimer’s and develop innovative diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for the disease. Additionally, he is exploring the implementation of artificial intelligence-based technologies, such as large language models, across various domains of the clinical workflow. Aneesh is also the co-founder of HealthPath Horizons, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to pre-health resources and mentorship for students from underserved communities. Outside of research and entrepreneurship, he serves as an advocate for legislation that promotes more equitable healthcare. In the future, he aspires to be a physician-innovator, bridging clinical care, research, and technology to improve patient outcomes.
