David Adetula is a young leader and a public health enthusiast with the most interest in health systems, research and policy. He is currently training at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, to become a dental surgeon. As part of efforts to drive engagement on public and global health issues, David has several opinion pieces published in both local and international media. When he obtains the BDS degree, he hopes to further to graduate school and explore a career in health policy and management.
David is a co-founder and president of the Public Health Interest Group Africa (PHIGA). He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
