Syed is a development communications professional with over 10 years’ experience in nonprofits, consultancies, and the media. He has designed and implemented the communications and advocacy strategy of RajPusht, a collaborative project of the Government of Rajasthan and the development consultancy IPE Global to improve maternal and child nutrition in Rajasthan, India. His editorial and journalism work has focused on public health; his articles, photos, and videos have been featured in VICE, The Indian Express, Hindustan Times, Outlook, The Hindu, Architectural Digest, and The Wire.
