Clement Lim Vee Lun is a distinguished professional in the field of public health, known for his expertise in early detection and his commitment to advancing medical device and pharmaceutical innovations. With a diverse background spanning healthcare, medical technology and pharmaceutical industry, Clement currently serves as Head of Medical Affairs, ASEAN, with Boston Scientific Asia Pacific. He also has held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as MiRXES Pte Ltd, Roche Pharma, and Astellas Pharma, where he has made significant contributions to the development and implementation of groundbreaking healthcare solutions. Alongside his corporate roles, Clement has actively engaged in academia, serving as an Adjunct Faculty at the Centre for International Intellectual Property Studies at the University of Strasbourg. He has also pursued extensive education, holding advanced degrees in Medicine, Intellectual Property Law & Management, Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Innovation Management.

Clement’s research achievements have been recognized through various awards, including the Excellent Paper Award at the Asia Pacific Innovation Conference and being a finalist for the Global Falling Walls Science Breakthroughs of the Year. Recently, he was awarded the President International Fellowship from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the National SkillsFuture Fellow award, Singapore’s highest skills honor. With a strong commitment to collaboration and interdisciplinary approaches, Clement actively bridges the gap between academia, industry, and policy, working towards equitable and evidence-based solutions that improve public health outcomes. He represents the values and priorities of the Boston Congress of Public Health through his dedication to innovation, inclusivity, and driving transformative change in the field of public health.
