Emily Minkah-Premo

Emily Minkah-Premo is a first-year PhD student in Pharmaceutical Sciences with a concentration in Pharmaceutical Outcomes at The Ohio State University. She is dedicated to advancing equity in chronic disease prevention and management, and women’s health. Her research has examined pediatric food prescription programs that improve diet quality and reduce the risk of obesity and diet-related chronic diseases. Currently, she is investigating how food prescription programs can impact chronic disease management. Through her work, Emily seeks to bridge research, policy, and practice to create sustainable solutions for healthier communities.
