Dr. Marcie McClellan Dumolga, PhD, PMP, is a distinguished leader in public health communications and project management with 17 years of experience driving impactful health initiatives. As a Senior Principal at Synergy Enterprises, Inc., she manages a significant portion of the women’s health portfolio and leads efforts to improve health outcomes for women nationwide.

An alumna of Spelman College, Marcie holds both a Ph.D. in public health and a master’s degree in health and medical journalism from the University of Georgia. Additionally, she has earned a Global Health Certificate and is a certified Project Management Professional. Marcie’s extensive experience includes developing and leading award-winning campaigns and health content for diverse audiences, with a particular focus on maternal and child health, HIV, substance use, and women’s health.

Her work has been instrumental in supporting national campaigns and health communication efforts funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services federal agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the Office on Women’s Health, the National Institutes of Health, and the National Institute on Aging. Marcie is known for her ability to craft evidence-based, compelling narratives that resonate with both consumers and professionals. She has contributed to prominent news outlets such as BlackDoctor.org and Georgia Health News, showcasing her talent for merging health communications with public health to address critical issues.
