Najla Abdalla is a dedicated 3rd year doctoral in psychology student at Northcentral University. Throughout her extensive career in social work, she plays an essential role in supporting the elderly, advocating for their needs, and enhancing their quality of life. Her professional endeavors reflect her goal of supporting marginalized groups and addressing policy gaps in global health. Najla has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Masters degree in Education. Najla is a Social services manager focusing on the elderly’s mental health and wellbeing. She possesses excellent communication, analytical problem-solving skills, behavioral health, and sociological background to promote a healthy lifestyle within underprivileged communities. Najla has various years working with diverse populations and speaks Arabic. She is a skilled public health professional with a focus of working with vulnerable populations in a high paced and frequent change environment.
