Sean Jones is an aspiring MD/MBA candidate at Wayne State University’s School of Medicine and Mike Ilitch School of Business, where he specializes in Information Systems Architecture and Management. Over the last three years, Sean has earned prestigious fellowships, such as the Michigan – Leadership in Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (MI-LEND) and the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship. These fellowships have enabled him to play a pivotal role in launching a clinic for individuals with disabilities in collaboration with Authority Health in Detroit. His multidisciplinary approach integrates advocacy, research, technology, and medicine, driving forward innovative solutions that advance health equity. Sean’s work is primarily focused on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and their families. This dedication not only highlights his professional path but also establishes him as an emerging leader in healthcare, technology and business strategy, committed to fostering inclusive and accessible health practices.
