Madeline Morcelle

Madeline T. Morcelle, J.D., M.P.H., is a Senior Attorney at the National Health Law Program (NHeLP). She centers her federal advocacy practice on reproductive justice, health equity, and civil rights issues in Medicaid and federal health care reform. She also directs NHeLP’s cross-movement work to foster equitable access to reproductive and sexual health care with Southern state partners. Beyond her work at NHeLP, Madeline serves as an Executive Coach with Harvard University’s Public Health Leadership Lab and Board Chair of Converge: Partners in Access, the sole Title X grantee for Mississippi.
